Chef Scott Graces the Airwaves

Chef Scott continues his road show with Editor Robert Stieve of Arizona Highways Magazine.  Scott prepares a dish that is fast becoming a staple of the Tinderbox Kitchen, Duck Confit Toast using artisan bread.  It is really great to see Scott out of the kitchen and preparing some killer comfort food, with a twist of course.
