Thanks to all of you who came and helped us celebrate our one-year anniversary.  The patio was packed and Chef Scott put out some great nibbles.  I hope you had a chance to meet and talk with John Sutcliffe of Sutcliffe Vineyards who was on hand to enlighten us all on how to grow great grapes and make incredible wine in an area that we don't think of as "Wine Country."  We will continue to feature those wines and encourage you to give them a try.  Now it's on to year two, a year we hope solidifies the Tinderbox-Spot as top culinary adventure in Northern Arizona.  Some come in again or give us that freshman try; you won't be disappointed.
