Tinderbox Kitchen

Believe it or not Tinderbox Kitchen is turning 1 on May 5th.  In one short year the hard work and dedication of the staff has put us on the food  map in Northern Arizona; we've been "reviewed" by the AZ Republic, local culinary experts "Hottie and the Fatso", www.ericeatsout.com, www.bloggingoodfood.com, numerous "foodies" have tried us and mentioned their experience on www.twitter.com and most humbling, we were featured on the cover of the April edition of Arizona Highways.  One theme seems to exist; great food and attentive, friendly, non-stuffy service in a lively setting.

Tinderbox wants to celebrate and whether you've been here before or are looking for that excuse to try us out, plan on coming to our Birthday Party.  On Wednesday, May 5 we will have a cash bar and complimentary appetizers. We will have fun greeting our 2nd year and also "Open" the patio for an expected great summer season.  We won't have a dinner menu that night so come ready to mingle with staff and friends, check out the patio and sample some great flavors.  Chef Scott will prepare some great passed snacks and you can talk with our  bartenders, Matt, Olivia, Brette and the rest of the staff about some of your favorite meals, cocktails and experiences; who knows, maybe we can work them into the menu.
