Tinderbox Kitchen

We just finished with the boys over at www.flavorsofflagstaff.com.  We teamed with Jeff Saville to add a section to his site called "Table 22."  For those of you who have been here, that is what we call that great high-top table in the window on the bar-side of Tinderbox.  Some of you have even "adopted" that table as your own.  With the help of "Flavors" we turned it into our own TV Studio.  Every so often Chef Scott will call on a fellow chef (or other food-oriented person) from here in Flagstaff and sit down for a quick conversation.  That discussion starts with questions but often takes its own direction as the two participants laugh (cry?) about their chosen profession, the industry, their co-workers, backgrounds…The first "episode" was filmed with Chef Dave from Crilollo/Brix fame.  You can find it at www.flavorsofflagstaff.com, at our site under our soon-coming "TBox TV" Channel and most likely on the Crilollo site.  See you soon for Cocktails and if you have the chance, try out TABLE 22 for yourselves.
