Tinderbox Kitchen

The Boys at www.flavorsofflagstaff.com came by and got a first hand look at our new project.  About a year into this crazy business, Chef Scott and I thought you might like a nice place to enjoy an adult  beverage after work or while you wait for your dinner table at Tinderbox Kitchen.  No, we will not have blue shots or green martinis but we will offer you excellent hand crafted cocktails, a great wine selection and beers, both craft and throwback.  We are also really excited about taking a 4+ year vacant Southside space and making it productive again.  We're shooting for a late July opening so check back often to see the progress.
