Ryan started with us in the summer of 2020 as a bar back at Annex Cocktail Lounge.  Yet, his near insatiable hunger for knowledge of spirits, wine, and service, wouldn't allow him to stay in that position for long.

Ryan is constantly looking for ways to improve all aspects of our hospitality, from the line to the table.  In the paraphrased words of Vanilla Ice, "If you got a problem, he'll solve it."  Although Ryan is destined for a much better career.
